An apt warning. The other is that if you tell a lie often enough, you end up believing the untruth yourself.

That’s one reason I use Duckduckgo whenever possible, and never make use of Google’s AI summaries.

I was starting to write a comment about those AI summaries, but it got too long and rambling and off-topic, so I guess it needs to go in a different post!

Searching and fact checking is essential but I sometimes wonder if people only search the sites they think will agree with them. That’s when the internet becomes a bit more dangerous.

Google does indeed answer questions but we should all check and check again to make sure the answer is true and accurate. So far I have not found any problem.
